Katana 18V Charge-All skins (individual tools) come with a 5 year (3+2 year) warranty from date of purchase. 3 year standard warranty with the option to register your product online at www.katanapowertools.com.au/register-tool to receive an additional 2 years free of charge. Products must be registered within 30 days from date of purchase to qualify for the warranty extension.

Katana 18V Charge-All batteries and chargers come with a 3 year warranty from date of purchase.

Katana products offer a Do It Yourself (DIY) warranty and are not intended for commercial or trade use.

To make a valid claim under warranty, you must:

1. 1. If fault occurs within 3 years of date of purchase, please head to the Returns page and fill out the details of the Returns Submission Forms. A customer Service Representative will contact you with an outcome as soon as possible; and/or

2. 2. If fault occurs between 3 and 5 years from the date of purchase and you have registered the product at 'katanapowertools.com.au', log into your Katana Powertools account and navigate to 'My Tool Bag'. Once you have navigated to the My Tool Bag page, find the product registration for the product in question, select 'View Receipt' and save the file/image to your device. The registration confirmation is proof of purchase and extended warranty.
   
   Once the above has been completed, please head to the Returns page and fill out the details of the Returns Submission Forms inlcuding attaching the proof of purchase mentioned above. A customer Service Representative will contact you with an outcome as soon as possible; and/or

3. 3. If fault occurs after 3 years of date of purchase but you did not register your product online at 'katanapowertools.com.au', the product is no longer covered by warranty. Consumer guarantee may still apply in accordance with Australian Consumer Law; and

4. 4. Provide Kincrome any further information when requested.

You are responsible for all costs incurred by you to return the Katana Product to Kincrome and all other costs you incur in making a claim under this warranty.

Registering your tool within 30 days of your date of purchase automatically entitles you to an additional 2 years warranty (5 years total) on all skins. This can be viewed by logging into your KATANA Powertools account and accessing your tool bag.

Batteries and Chargers come with a 3 year warranty and do not qualify for warranty extension.
